I am only 15 years old, can I start personal training?
Of course you can. TONErite has a youth specialty program especially for youth 12-19 years of age. It is further custom to your fitness objectives. Our complimentary diet consultation and sharing of experiences will also benefit you for your sustainable fitness and health.
My organization is looking to have a trainer to come in periodically for our company gym, do you provide such services?
Definitely, we tailor made our PT training to our clients both on a personal and group basis. For corporate, we also customized our programs according to your objectives and needs. Be it a regular basis consultation or a team-building event. We will gladly provide our specialty service.
Is your kickboxing program for individual or for groups?
We have kickboxing personal training for individual and also kickboxing classes for groups. TONErite partnered with Singapore Top Kickboxing Specialty provider, ACTIVE RED, to bring you kickboxing specialty training for specific fitness goals.
